We need to build and execute an ambitious plan for a Stronger, More Vibrant Pleasanton so the current issues don’t show up again after a few years.

	Housing: Preserve neighborhood character for infill developments. Plan master communities in large open/vacant areas. More homes for young families.
	Local Businesses: Preserve our historic downtown while championing local business growth
	Innovation Hub: Attract and support next-gen sustainable tech and healthcare companies. Drive local employment and higher tax revenue for the city.
